Tuscany is known as the place where modern Italians were born, according to the grand literature of Boccaccio, Dante and Petrarch. It is possible to reach Perugia, Arezzo and Siena from Chiusi Scalo station by a car or by the cross country train. A very convenient part of South Tuscany is Chiusi, from where it is easy to reach many small towns of Tuscany. From Chiusi, Umbria and Lazio is just 4 Km away. There are other locations in Chiusi that are worth watching like Chianciano Terme, Etruscan Museum, Renaissance and medieval villages where the very popular wine “Nobile di Montepulciano" is produced.
